How can I be sure that my stone is authentic?

We only work with raw rocks purchased directly from quarries and mines.

From that moment until your stone is delivered to your home, we take care of everything.

It is this traceability that allows us to assure you of 100% authentic stones.

How do I purify and recharge my stone?

Why am I sure I will receive a beautiful stone?

Quite simply because a stone cannot leave our workshop without meeting all the criteria of a beautiful stone.

Our criteria are extremely strict to ensure you always receive the most beautiful stone possible.

Must be perfect:

  • Its surface and polishing
  • His color
  • Its inclusion rate
  • His weight
  • …and sometimes other criteria specific to each rock

Each stone is scrupulously examined from all these angles and it must pass 2 checks with very strict criteria .

How long does the delivery take ?

Delivery times are on average:

Metropolitan France: 2-5 working days

Europe: 3-7 working days

International: 7-15 working days

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes ! Your order is always shipped with a tracking number.

You can follow the progress of your delivery step by step on the website of the service provider you have selected.

What happens if my stone was damaged during transport?

If unfortunately your stone is damaged during transport, we will send you a replacement stone .

We love our stones and they require a lot of work so we don't hesitate to put a lot more protection than necessary! Our rate of broken stones on delivery is less than 0.1% .

What size can I expect for each pebble category?

Our stones are sorted by weight. The weight-dimension equivalence is available for each stone in its description.

For example :

For pebbles you will be able to find stones in a range of 4.5 to 8 cm in length depending on the category selected.

On average :

40-60g: 5.0cm

60-80g: 5.5cm

80-100g: 6.3cm

100-150g: 7.0cm

What is the Eusice guarantee?

We have been studying and working with rocks for 3 generations and we are a bit of a perfectionist around the edges (especially my father 😜).

This allows us to take pride in our work and know what we are doing.

That's why we can promise you that if you don't like one of our stones, you can choose to exchange or return it up to 30 days after your purchase.

This never happens, but we want to be sure that nothing is stopping you from discovering Eusice creations!
